Answer :

Yes, it is permissible to live like that as marriage is highly recommended and not compulsory, although Islam strongly recommends it in many narrations, like when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There is no deed in Islam that Almighty Allah loves more than marriage."

Infertile Woman

Is it permissible to marry an infertile woman?

Answer :

It is permissible to marry an infertile woman, although it is better to choose a fertile woman as a wife.

Marrying a non-Hijabi
Question :

I have just reached age of 30 years, and I still have not found a wife, and I feel that marriage is obligatory on me because of the fear of sinning. I know a girl who is suitable, who prays and is modest in her actions in general, but she does not wear a hijab. Should I ask her to marry me, or should I prioritize waiting for a hijabi wife?

Answer :

It is permissible to marry a non-hijabi girl if she a Muslim. It is better to choose a believer that fulfils all her religious obligations as she will be the mother of your children in the future and children will be affect by the behavior of their mother.
At the meantime, you could increase your efforts in finding the suitable wife and maybe decrease other requirements in the wife will help you find one.

Before Marriage
Question :

If a man approaches me for marriage and wants to see me without hijab, is this permissible?

Answer :

It is permissible for the man to see the woman who he wishes to marry. Based on compulsory precaution, what may to be uncovered by her should be limited to what is usually uncovered at home like the arms, the head and part of the chest, and not to exceed that.
It is also permissible to wear such clothing that one can tell her size and shape from it and not to exceed that.

Practicing Believers
Question :

Is it permissible for me to give preference to practicing believers, especially men who have beards and women who observe hijab, when looking for a spouse for oneself or a relative?

Answer :

Some of the narrations indicate that some of the main characteristics that should be sought in a spouse are good ethical values and religiousness. The religious appearances like having a beard and performing the prayers, and the observance of hijab for a woman, may not be sufficient indications to prove that. Therefore, one should make sure that these two characteristic exist.

Marriage in Shawwal

The Time of Sexual Intercourse

Sex Toys
Question :

Is it permissible for a man to satisfy his wife with sex toys? Can he use a condom which is designed to arouse the woman more?

Answer :

It is not permissible to use sex toys that are separate from the body in such a way that the enjoyment is because of the toy. Using the condom in such a way that the enjoyment is due to the penis itself is permissible.

It is not permissible to use sex toys in such a way that the enjoyment is because of the toy.

Sexual Activities
Question :

Does the religion obligate the wife to approach her husband for sex?

Answer :

It is obligatory on the wife to permit for her husband all sexual activities with her when he asks her for it, except anal sex as she is permitted to refuse it.
It is also obligatory on her to prepare herself for that, by applying beautifying agents and perfumes that are provided by the husband to her.
She is not required to be prepared for him all the time, but only when he asks her.
