Same Dining Table

Question :

Is it allowed for a woman to sit with her brother-in-law at the same dining table?

Answer :

It is permissible to do so, as long as she is observing the religious hijab.

Girlfriends

Question :

At what age am I allowed to have a girlfriend?

Answer :

It is not permissible to have a relation between the male and the female unless there is a religious marriage contract with its specific conditions.

Friendship

Question :

Can I have friendship with a female class fellow?

Answer :

Friendship with the opposite sex may lead to committing sins, so we advise you to stay away from it.

Talking to Women

Question :

If one feels that talking to girls is changing him in any way, like for example he becomes more hyper and energetic; will it be permissible for him to still talk to girls?

Answer :

It is permissible, unless it leads to sexual lust.

Interaction

Question :

To what extent can a male and a female interact?

Answer :

Interacting is permissible as long as it does not lead to pleasure.

Dating

Question :

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for more than a year now and our goal is to get married in the future, but recently we found out that we cannot have children in the future and that it counts as a sin for my boyfriend if I don’t wear hijab. Is it true?

Answer :

Dating that leads to sexual lust between unmarried couple is not permissible. Such intimate relationships outside of marriage are forbidden. It is also not permissible for the woman to be without the obligatory Hijab in the presence of a non-Mahram man without marriage.
