If there is no indication that it is from a Muslim, then it is not permissible to consume it. If it is a medicine, then it is permissible only if it is necessary to take the medicine.

It is permissible to consume if it is not a meat product and one finds it probable to be tāhir. Also, it is permissible to consume if one lives in an Islamic country and finds it probable that the meat produce comes from animals that are slaughtered according to Islamic laws.
