Marrying the Same Wife Permanently

Question :

Can a woman stipulate in a temporary marriage that after this ends he will only marry her in a permanent marriage, not anybody else? Will he remain bound by this after the temporary marriage ends?

Answer :

Yes, it is permissible to stipulate such a condition, and he will be bound to it.
